The objective was to balance rigorous curriculum requirements with engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency across global regions. Upon taking over as lead, I identified that the existing framework required a complete overhaul to accommodate increasing content density, dual regional spellings, and tighter production pipelines without compromising quality.

I completely restructured the internal designs, creating a modular system specifically to organise complex activity blocks and instructional content. This system allowed for a high volume of data to be adapted efficiently for both UK and US audiences. I established a tiered typographic system where font sizes and line spacing were intentionally scaled to match each developmental stage. I led a team of designers through the production process, providing creative direction and final sign off on all layouts to ensure the successful integration of curriculum data, engaging activities, and answer keys.
